Parts included: 16 Moldstar MS90 valve guides, 8 Ferrea Comp Plus exhaust valves, Texas Speed and Performance dual valve spring kit. Includes shipping back.

  • Start with complete disassembly of heads and measuring of stock guides
  • Tumble polish intake valves
  • Hot wash heads to remove oil and debris
  • Glass bead blast heads to clean entirely
  • Hot wash heads to remove any media
  • Remove original guides
  • Install Moldstar MS90 valve guides
  • CNC intake and exhaust runners and chamber
  • Diamond hone guides to proper clearance
  • Valve job on intake and exhaust seats to ensure concentricity
  • Lap valves into seats, using a stainless steel intake valve for the intake seat
  • Deck heads to customer decided combustion chamber size
  • Wash heads
  • Assemble head to proper spring heights with Texas Speed and Performance platinum spring package

Pricing is for work applied to a pair (2) of cylinder head castings and components YOU supply unless otherwise noted. Please keep in mind if components you provide require additional time on our part additional cost will be added

The customer is responsible for the following: Remove the cylinder heads from your car, disassemble cylinder heads to completely bare condition, wash cylinder heads. Now you are ready to ship heads to Late Model Throttle. Please remember to thoroughly package cylinder heads to prevent damage during shipping.
