Jeff Smith - Owner

Shop owner, tuner, technician, Jeff does it all! Jeff is a self-taught performance enthusiast. He started LMT in 2009 part-time after work with a few like-minded friends and couple lifts. After purchasing the DynoJet in 2011, Jeff quit his job as a machinist and committed himself into LMT full-time. He's never looked back since! He owns a 2009 Corvette ZR1 (ZRjuan), a 1966 Nova wagon drag car (MOBY DICK) with a 427 LS based engine and billet 91mm turbos, and a 2013 Duramax to haul it all around. In his spare time (when he has some), Jeff likes racing, snowmobiling and spending time with his family and of four legged friends Diesel and Octane.

Austin Fry (FRY) - Technician

Austin (he goes by the name FRY) is a graduate from the diesel program at Fox Valley Technically College. He came to us fresh out of school but with experience in the automotive industry from working at small independent shops and previously a Dodge dealership.. Austin was eager to get his hands on the performance industry and he dived right in. We are excited to see Austin progress throughout the years! In his free time he likes working on power sports as a hobby and attending many races at local tracks. Specifically Road America

TJ Worley - Shop/Service Manager

TJ has been in the auto industry 17 years. He loves BMWs and has 7 of them, one of which is an LS1 swapped M3. He likes to spend time with his girlfriend Robin and his rat terrier Sloan. In his free time he likes bike riding, landscape work at home, Road America, car shows, working on cars. His life is pretty much car stuff all the time!

Travis Redenz - Technician

Hi I’m Travis! I’ve been working on cars for a total of 15 years but I’ve been working with LMT for a total of 6 years. Previously worked at a ford dealership for the previous 5 years as a Ford Senior Master technician. I love this job because I get to work on things you don’t normally get to work on or see. Every week is something new and exciting. I enjoy the challenges and knowledge gained thru working here. During my free time I love to spend time with my daughter and my girlfriend Kirsten, work on my car, spend time at the drag strip and car shows, and hang out with friends and family. My personal car is a 04 Cadillac Cts-v with a 4.8 liter engine from a Silverado, customs big turbo setup, th400 transmission and custom 4 link 8.8 rear end from a Ford crown Vic. All built by me and the help of LMT!!!!!

Kristyn Smith - Operations Manager/Accounting

Kristyn joined the LMT team in 2013. She is a graduate of Carroll University with a background in sales and marketing. Although she is new to the car performance world, Kristyn keeps LMT moving smoothly and makes sure that every customer gets the attention they deserve and leaves with a smile on their face. Kristyn enjoys baking/cooking, boating, and spending time with her daughter Alyssa, fiance Jeff, and four legged friend Diesel.

Diesel Smith - Shop Dog/Security

German Shorthaired Pointer. Likes hanging out with his mom and dad at work. Greets all customers and eats things he isn't supposed to. Playing frisbee is his passion, and he really likes going with on trips to the bank.

Octane - Shop Dog/Back up Security

German Shorthaired Pointer. Likes to annoy his big brother Diesel. Likes to say hi to everyone who stops in and occasionally give them a bark! He enjoys ZR1 rides with his Dad.
